Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm a San Francisco Bay Area based yoga instructor with a deep love for sharing the countless benefits of yoga. My flow-style classes are rooted in thoughtful sequencing and knowledge of proper alignment. My classes offer students the opportunity to reconnect with themselves through movement.
My Teaching Philosophy
My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and come home to yourself. I lead with knowledge and compassion, offering classes intended to support both the physical body and inner self.
Training & Experience
I’ve completed nearly 1,000 hours of teacher training and continue to study with master teacher Mark Stephens. Over my twenty years of teaching, I’ve taught in gyms and studios, corporate sites, online, and one-on-one settings. Previous teaching sites include Yoga Tree of San Francisco, Equinox, the Jewish Community Center, Pfizer, and SAP SuccessFactors.

I've been instructing yoga for twenty years and taught students in studios, gyms, private homes, corporate offices, and online. No matter the setting, I bring a calm and steady presence with the intention of supporting you on your individual yoga journey.
