Lauren’s calm presence creates for a supportive space where students of all levels can enjoy a vinyasa based yoga practice. She is known for her thoughtful and creative sequencing of yoga poses.
Lauren’s deepest desire is to share the physical and spiritual benefits of yoga with her students. She encourages deep compassion - for self and others - through one’s yoga practice.
Lauren has been teaching since 2006 and completed trainings at Yoga Tree in San Francisco, as well as with master teachers Ana Forrest and Mark Stephens.
